Hi Guys.

I have heard of this before but I checked my rear boot door and the two rubber seal looms which go to the back door at the top, it seems it is being crushed onto the rubber seal for the back door !
I know there is a recall for this but thought as mine was a 2016 model it would of been ok !! Obviously the recall hasn't worked or mine still needs the recall on this ! Apparently though mine doesn't have anything outstanding ! Going to take my sport into my local dealer to show them this as this won't do the looms or door seal any good !!

Can't find anything about this online or on Topix ! But I'm still learning with Topix so I reckon it's just buried deep in there somewhere !!

I guess they just replaced all the parts door seal and both rubber boots ?

What is actually the modification if there is one they do !

They didn’t replace the rubber boots, they replaced the door seal and fitted a clip to each of the rubber boots to keep them up and in place.

Ahh that's good. Least they actually do a modification and change the rear door seal as mine too is crushed !! Cheers for that really appreciate the picture's.

Love the colour of yours Firenze Red. My L320 Red Edition was this colour its eye catching.

Typical Landrover as usual should do all there checks on a approved vehicle and miss this !!

Also had the dame issue. Foxed myself by pushing up until finally stayed in the right position. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
