The car’s security system is programmed only to accept signals from 2 fobs at any time - only the dealer can program in new fobs I believe but they have to delete one to add a new one so would need your old ones and the new. I was also told that dealers will not program anything other than OEM fobs supplied by them........... and you also need a heap of proofs of ownership of the vehicle so no fobs bought from 3rd party sellers etc, they need the car as well for a day and several hours of labour charges as well, to add insult to your wallet. All this was supposed to get around fob cloning but the crooks seem to be one step ahead as usual. One reason why most owners now don’t use the fob but only touch the dimples on the handles as you have to be within 1m of the car to use those. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
