As far as I can see we have found all the changes, there were a few codes that had changed but assuming just new revisions of the components.

Not sure on the gear box change, it is the new model though and suppose to have improved economy among other things so wonder if that’s why they added it in?

Have asked the question re 0-60 to see if anyone knows why. I think the fuel and CO2 have just been updated to reflect the new testing rules

BREAKING NEWS: Dealer came back to me today saying they are unable to honour the original quote for the order I placed as it was for the MY18 build whereas they are now only making MY19s. Had to configure the car again fresh and accept a 5k increase whilst losing a couple of extras (who needs Wade Sensing in London anyway...!!!!).

RRSman I know but there are still some out there at reasonable money if your not to fussy although I’d be worrying about buying someone’s rejected my 18, I’m glad I’m not looking just now as I’m happy with mine but always like to monitor the market so to speak!

ghunkin - quite interesting - I know that it isn’t just VW that have PHEV’s that are loosing their grant - BMW and Mercedes have hybrids and PHEVs that will get a hit. My Mini PHEV went from £10pa VED to £145pa in April............. and BMW Mini has completely withdrawn the John Cooper Works Edition cars because the CO2 emissions are so high from the 2.0ltr petrol engine on the new test system that nobody would be prepared to pay the new rate of VED............ they are working on new engine for that version. MORE BREAKING NEWS!!!!

Noticed yesterday after re-building my car that the online configurator has changed again so that the massage seats option is now back to £800 instead of the ridiculous £2,700. It still forces you to have the heated/cooled seats in the rear at an extra £535 but still a lot cheaper than the previous configurator.

Raised it to my dealer who says he'll adjust the order accordingly.

That’s interesting, I wonder why that was the case? Could maybe of been a mistake or a shortage or parts so they artificially raised the price to put people off?

Or trying to rip us off even more but it back fired

The dealer didn't call me to advise things had changed so that tells you all about their integrity.

When I argued about the original agreed price that went up 5k they just responded with "configurator says no"

So they can't really argue about the drop. The all powerful configurator now says 2k less dudes!!!!
