Hi, when I bought my RRS at the end of 2015 I took out both the wheel protection and the minor damage protection.

Does anyone know who Landrover were using for their policy at that time? I tried calling Landrover Smart, but they could not find my details.

Before I call the deal in battersea who I know will promise faithful to find the paperwork, but then take an age to get back to me, I wondered if anyone knows who else the policy might be with? It was a £399 add-on thankfully shown on my invoice.

Surely you just take it in to your dealer as your contract was sold by them. You have the receipt showing that amount was paid, That's all you need. It's their problem

It is not run through the dealer. Up a third party insurer. I had this problem but tracked down the right co Panay in the end. I am away at the moment so can’t look at my details.
