Does your local Halfords have any or any motor factors in your area? You can supply your own oil and filters for a service and leave them in the footwell but make sure that they know you want to use your own - so long as it is the same blend/ rating as LR branded stuff. Also any local LR indies that might have a stock? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Scrumpy,,it’s a LR garage that has just had a 3 million pound showroom & workshop built this year.unless it’s becau they didn’t know it had a service plan when they sold me the car,,the salesman did tell me after I’d found out through previous owner that their admin should have checked that & I wouldn’t have got it at the price I did,,it would have been £1000 more.I will call LR York in the morning who the previous owner purchased the car from & book it in with them,,that’s if they have any oil

So they expect both you and the previous owner to pay for the service plan? Sounds just like a LR dealer. Merc C220 estate Sport AMG
