I finally received the 4gb flash drive and all working ok now gonna get 8gb see if that works

I recently added some more music & it wouldn't connect again. By messing about I found that if I tap on the AUX and ipod buttons and then back on the USB button it connected straight away. I've tried this a few times now & it seems to work. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute.

I have a Sandisk Cruzer Fit of 64GB, which my 2010 MY facelift RRS will read OK. It does take a little while to load the full directory listing though.

Ive found the mp3 playback reliable after finding out that it likes specific codecs and not "Dodgy" downloaded mp3s with "dodgy codecs".

But ! i actually prefer to stream music from spotify app, on the 2012 rrs even displays the name of the song on the stereo and allows u to skip tracks etc .
