Quite a common fault on the earlier face-lifts, I think you may find you need a replacement camera. You won't have "bendy" yellow lines either unless you have the surround camera system fitted.

You shouldn't need to programme a new camera, but make sure you get the correct one as there are two different one's, although identical to look at, the standard camera has a 2 pins and a co-ax connection, the surround one has 4 pins and they are not interchangeable.
