Suspension knock

Got a knock from front suspension just the same as if front lower arm bushes were gone on a earlier sport any common bushes to go on these

I had a knock from my front right wheel. Dealer removed undertray and found a leak from the ACE (Active Corner enhancement) Replaced unit and now cured. Thumbs Up Gone:
