I have unfortunately got some bramble rash down the left hand side of my RRS and want to polish it out myself. I have a polisher but would like recommendations for products. I have Baltic blue paint work and want the sparkle to last!

Best one step polish I have used ever, just remember to do horizontal then vertical passes for at least a minute and a half with medium pressure then another minute with lighter pressure. This is what I did and as long as the polish has almost gone clear you should find that the removal of the polish with your cloth leaves a great finish.

Check out autogeek in Florida. However, be warned. It can become addictive. I now have three polishers and thousands of dollars worth of polishes, compounds, pads, towels and the like. Blackfire One Step and hd speed are amazing products depending on the extent of the scratches I would start there. Good luck. Phil

Why not treat the car to a session at a detailers and ask for paint rectification as well as having a really good paint protection system like GTechniq applied? It isn’t cheap but it is worth it. Makes washing the car easier too if you wash your own car rather than going to, a car wash. Since having my car treated last October I have taken it back to the detailers car wash service for a £20 45 minute wash every 4-6 week’s with a hose down by me every 7-10 days in between if the car needs it. Tim, would love to get it detailed but having to pay for the front bumper to be painted as it's all flaking off from a previous poor paint job (previous owner) so no point yet.

ok, I'm coming back down the A1 next week instead of the M6 now... you can give mine a quick polish and re-ballence my wheels whilst your at it lol

A job like that takes a few days,,it’s not all about the polishing,that is the easy part,it’s the preparation to get the paint as smooth as glass before even attempting to go near it with a polisher.
