Wheel hub corrosion

My 15.5 car has corroded wheel hubs. Has anyone got a good solution to fix this please?

2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

Not a fix but a good strip with wire brush, oxide paint and three coats of hammerite will last ages. Don’t paint the face that meets the wheel Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

Mine too, MY15.5 as well. Just starting to look bad now. It's going in for some warranty work next week, so was going to see if they'll cover it. If not, hammerite was the next step.
