Something doesn’t sound right though - surely no ‘door damage’ would exceed the value of even a 3 year old SDv6 let alone an SDv8 that an insurer would effectively write it off, I suspect we aren’t being told the full story - stolen and recovered possibly? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

If you look in the seller’s ‘See other items’ section then you can see that the two removed damaged doors are also for sale separately. The damage does look fairly light so I still don’t understand why the insurer would have written the car off. As you say, there must be more to it . . . . |
