I’ve just bought a 2015 car that has this service pack. I can’t seem to find anywhere what may be included with it? Can anyone point me at the T and C?

I think it also includes MOT’s as I didn’t have to pay anything when my car was in in April for it’s first MOT + annual service, all I paid for was a replacement tyre that I asked them to supply and fit before the car was presented for MOT. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Getting one with the service is k is a great bonus
But doubt you will get 6 !!!

It's 5 years OR 80k so as long as you don't go over the 80k you can get 5 annual services, just make the last two you do a few weeks early to make sure the last one is due before the 5 year anniversary

Double check mileage: I'm sure it's always been 5 yr/60k: I bought an early RRS2 new with the pack but when I took it in last summer at 3.5 years and 63,000 miles I had to pay up...

16k service interval is irrelevant to the pack.

Not sure where people are getting the mileage limits from? It's 50K not 80K according to the Land Rover website:

like everything L/R there is a bit "Variation" in spec/rules

ISTR when looking to purchase the car that 50K was mentioned as if you did more than 16k a year you could end up with just 3 services not 5, the 16k, 32k and 48k service, you have then gone over the 50k when the next service is due (as Humbug^)

I have just read the "Exact wording" of mine as I have the Original letter to the original owner and it states
"Mr ? here is your service plan details for the next Five years by Landrover along with the service schedule"
No mention of any mileage and schedule shows 12, 24, 36. 48 & 60 Month services, again no mileage mentioned.

I know its 16k OR 12 months but mileage is not mentioned at all.

It was the dealer (salesman) that said it was 5 years/ 80k. I was sceptical myself (hence this post) but i. Ow have paperwork that shows I have a “cash balance” on my service pack, meaning I get three more services. As said above I think 80k is mentioned because that’s as high as it could be if you stretched it to 16k service intervals.’

I won’t, so by the end of 2020 i’ll Be nowhere near 80k,but will have still had it serviced on the one year anniversary each year.
