I had exactly the same issue following my last service March 2018, just within warranty, plus the service alert indicator had not cleared since the previous service. The dealer could not help much, so I emailed Land Rover customer services and they were very good and recommended a reinstall of the app and re-pairing the app with the car. This did nothing, so they did something at their end and this cleared the service alert, but did not recover the odometer reading. They then recommended a software upgrade and asked me to speak to the dealer, however the dealer said that as I was out of warranty this was a chargeable service at £72. luckily Landover customer services said they would pick up the tab.

Happened to me following the service in March. CRC say that the TCU needs an update. Booked in.

Thanks for the advice on screen capture - I did try this and it did not seem to work on my iPhone 6 plus.... Maybe my fingers are not quick enough.

Booked in on Tuesday for dealer to check TCU s/w . I'm afraid nobody at the dealer knows anything about ICTP so I am dreading this!

Ditto. Had the TCU software updated and fixed the odometer reading in In Control Remote.
