Thanks. Im sitting in it now. I pressed cd, menu, load all. The screen just says 'cd2' top left and 'cd error' in the middle. If i press eject it just hums. |

Ive been trying to get the rear tvs on too. They work but the main dash screen searches but just says 'no disc' even though ive put some in the carrier in the boot. Im hoping the lens is dirty and just needs a clean.. |

Take it back to the garage where you bought it and tell them to fix/have a look for you if you bought it from a garage that is |

This is bizarre.. The rear dvd screens play normal cds, a lens cleaner that i have (it shows a picture and plays music when cleaning) and a copy dvd of I am Legend. It wont play kosha dvds like Toy Story etc.. Just says 'no disc'.

I wonder if it’s for a different region? I wouldn’t know if the region can be changed or not. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

I think you can change the region using a Gap IID Tool (maybe others too but I can't comment on them).

Right.. Its a region code that needs changing somehow. I went through all the kids dvds and picked out only those that were universal region or region 2 + others and they play ok.

Anyhow, I did the first run with the DVD playing in the back... Low and behold my daughter said she felt car sick after 10 min.

If it's a factory fitted rear DVD system you can put the DVD's in the carrier in the boot and then control from the front Nav screen if DVD is on or off in the back and still listen to the radio in the front. (The rear passengers will need to plug headphones into the door controls if it's anything like mine.)

From memory (It's too late to go and look tonight) you have an option on the Nav screen when you select DVD? to then choose "rear entertainment".
