No, they are full on Winter tyres. Whilst they have M+S rated tyres, I don't think they have a genuine "All Season" tyre although no doubt someone will correct me on this

Michelin Diamaris 4X4 has good rim protection as well RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Lux

i installed them after the Conti Contacts and they are more quite imo.and more comfortable as well.

My wife's Evoque had a set of Michelin Latitude Sports fitted when she bought it, and I am impressed by the rim protection on them. Not 275/40 20's but 20" evoque size so I'd reckon the 275's won't be much different? I can't say much about the ride quality as I've not driven it much, but when I did I gave it a good test round the bends on Dynamic mode and they handled pretty well
