You pay for it, obviously, but it's included in the OTR price of the car. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced

Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Saxton 4x4 claim they can do 3.9 on a pcp.

You can see these deals on autotrader. Just search using the monthly payment option and sort by price. Saxon will be at top of the page!

I emailed to ask if this was error and they said no it was the best in the business but of course subject to status. Question is, what status?

3.9 could make the difference in going new or used for me....

Cheers, I didn't phrase my question well! What I meant was is the hefty first year VED quoted within the price shown on sites like Rockar, CarWow, OrangeWheels etc.

Is this the extra £310 per annum on top of the car's VED rate?

That is a very good rate indeed, is this for new and pre-owned? I can't see the status criteria being too onerous, must take a look!

Yes it’s on used they don’t do new.

Check out autotrader like I said. It makes the deals look a little too good to be true tbh.

They had a fpace fst edition for less monthly haven’t than a 2l rsport from another vendor!!!

I'm usually suspicious of anything that seems too good to be true but I will take a look, for a used vehicle that is a very good rate; maybe the GFV/OFP is higher than others and that's where the catch is?

Knowing my luck though they won't have a vehicle matching the spec I'm after ...

It's a moot point as they don't have any SVRs for sale but as a matter of interest why do you say the above?

Would be good to know for future reference.

Inclining towards getting a brand new one at the moment; three year old ones with average mileage are up for around £80K (which is depreciation in 36 months of less than £20K) and these are of course now coming to the end of LR warranty and due MOTs as well as end of or no Service Plans.

It’s not a moot point .....they have at least 4 for sale including a my18 .

A simple google will give you the answers.

My experience albeit many years ago, when I went to visit was a shambolic set up, cars filthy, damaged. Disgruntled customers yelling the odds outside the showroom.

It’s fair to say They have a bad reputation within the car community 2019 Svr and 2019 R35 GTR

I went to their website and looked, didn't come up with any SVRs but maybe I mistyped the search criteria.

Regardless, after the warning on here and the other thread I will be steering clear.

They generally always have Svrs for sale, always at least 3-5 within my autotrader searches (my18 over 100k) when I m checking the market

Quick search of their site shows they have 10 currently .

Thumbs Up 2019 Svr and 2019 R35 GTR

Inclined towards new now SVR, just too much stress looking for the right spec at the right price.

Hoping to pop into Rockar in Stratford one evening next week to have a chat with a chap there as only 3 tube stops from my workplace.

Will update once I (eventually!) decide one way or the other.

A high GFV is good for the customer - it takes the risk away from you and you get a nice low monthly payment.

If the GFV is too high the finance company risk getting lots of cars handed back. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB
