Litigation

So finally decided to go down the litigation route for being sold a lemon. Question is who do I litigate against? LRUK or the supplying dealer. The supplying dealer has had little to do with the car other than selling it, and I would much rather send a summons to LRUK. MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

Did you have the car on finance.....if so the finance company are another option if LRUK or the dealer don't play ball. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

I had a trivial amount of finance which was paid off within a few days of taking delivery. In any case I did make a complaint to Land Rover and my complaint was rejected. MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

If you are taking legal action, surely the first thing you need to do is to consult / hire legal representation? Surely they are best placed to answer the question but as already stated here, it will be whomever you signed a contract with.
