Early 15 v Late 15 RRS

I have had a 15 plate RRS AB for the past 3 years and the only things that's really bothered me is the very slow responding infotainment.

Could anyone advice whether a later November 2015 car with the heated seats on the climate control (mine is a March 15 car without this feature) is likely to have a more responsive infotainment screen?

I've been offered a low mileage car and tempted to purchase as I've piled the miles on mine.

Thanks in advance.

Infotainment may not be any quicker but what you do get in September 2015 onwards cars is the ability to press the climate control dials to get into the seat climate mode. You can then control seat heating/cooling using those dials while the pathetic centre console screen takes its “286 computer era” time to initialise. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top
Gone: MY16 RRS2 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic, Carpathian Grey & Santorini Black Sliding Pano/Ebony & Ivory 2 Tone
Gone: MY13 RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Black Edition, Orkney Grey/Ivory
Gone: MY09 RRS 2.7 TDV6 HSE, Santorini Black/Almond

Offer placed on a Cayenne Turbo. If that doesn't work out I might have to go for a post 16 plate RRS SC as I don't have the patience to deal with the dial up speed infotainment on mine.

Yes! I loved this little tweak. Unfortunately I missed this on my car but got to use it on newer courtesy cars. SVR with a few bits from Urban and Glohh

I'm sure someone will correct me but I've been informed late 2015 vehicles have an improved infotainment system.

Of course when it comes to JLR improved is a relative term...
