2018 RRS climate screen problem

My screen has gone from a duel climat screen to single (see pic) I am not sure how this happend and the dealer is looking into it.
Has anyone had this problem and how do I get it back to the duel screen.
The Car is a HSE Dynamic with heated and cooled seats.

Hi are you sure youve not just selected 'Sync' this would in theory make it single? Current

I have tried everything. Selecting sync does nothing.
