I was charged £65 for the one wheel (incl VAT) but it's probably a bit far for you to travel to save £20 per wheel

I hadn't heard about the refurb limit but I suppose it makes sense. The question then is, how would you know what a previous owner has done to them? I don't support the wheel refurbisher marks the back of the wheel to indicate that a refurb has been done - or do they? Robin
