Thats wierd as my car last week went back in for rear camera failure plus steering rod replacement and it took a week to do, just before it was due to come back they phoned to say they had discovered my diff was leaking.

This does seem to be a common issue, I noticed a spot of oil on the garage floor at 3 1/2 years old. JLR would only pay 50% of the £1300 bill as out of warranty "goodwill". Fortunately I have 3rd party insurance that covered the remainder. |

I'm not sure bkhk, it was on the job sheet when it finaly got booked in for its rear camera failure (6weeks to book in) as a product recall, wasn't given a reason except it's to be done, sorry for little detail mate. MY18 SCV8 Satin flux silver

I had a similar experience. Dealer picked it up whilst on an inspection for another issue and it was done under warranty, However there was no explanation why it was not done before they had sold it a few weeks earlier. 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit |
