Lindab,

Hopefully won’t have to. She will either be in my garage or being driven so those tyre valve dust cap thieves better be fast Laughing

Hello new member popping into say hi.

I have my 3rd on order for delivery around mid May,Firenze Red again…….with the cf interior and plenty of bells and whistles.

I was over at the factory last week and they put the 575 next to my out going Sept 17 550 model and struck it up………

Now, both me and my mate felt at the time that it actually sounded throatier than my current model however I will now be investigating the potential lose of the snap, crackle and pop as that is/was a amain characteristic of the vehicle.

Congratulations to those that already have had there's delivered and for those still waiting be patient the wait will be worth while.

My dealer has 2 stock Black 575's now in stock from cancelled orders if anyone's in a rush for one…

ATB,

Ed…….. Thumbs Up

Hi Ed,

Yes the MY18 is throatier but like you, it was the crackle / pop that has always made me gravitate towards the SVR. The MY18 does indeed pop on downshifts but nowhere as much as the previous SVR.

Hi Jas,

Your 575 looks just awesome so congratulations from me.

Its a shame if they have filtered out some of the pops and crackles as that for many was a big part of the attraction, maybe
customer feed back has lead to the tweaks.

Either that or the some campaigning Parent/Teacher association has gone ape about the noise levels on the local school run in
deepest Surrey or there abouts….. Rolling with laughter

No doubt the die hard amoung us will look to the after market to rekindle that particular part of the soundtrack.

I noticed on your car that Brembo was still on the brake calliper,I was told it would be Land Rover by the time my next one arrives and I did spy some embellished with Land Rover on whilst walking the line recently.

Didn't know if that was common knowledge.

Thanks Ed.

MY18 comes with black or red Range Rover logo calipers (I think?) When I ordered mine, I asked my dealer if he could arrange the calipers to be painted Estoril Blue and for the Brembo logo instead of the Range Rover logo and he arranged that for me.

I'll be checking with my dealer now as I think i'd prefer to stick to the Brembo logo on my already spec'd red callipers.

I'm going to give it some serious thought……...

My current Sept 17 car has the blue callipers with Brembo on them as standard,it was only a thought after seeing so many with LR on them at a recent factory visit that I asked and was told the deal had been struck to allow LR to be in place of Brembo.

I'll keep the forum posted if there's a definitive answer.

Morning Paul,

I thought I'd check things out, thanks for the heads up.

I've already twigged on about checking out the brake calliper logo insignia thingy, think I'm going to ask to stick with Brembo on mine as it has a bit more of a sporting twang to it.

I haven't driven a 575 as of yet,I just got carried away with the idea of the increased BHP etc and ordered one much to the horror of her indoors especially being's the current one is only just 6 months old…... Laughing so can anyone tell me if they can feel that extra bit of torque and those 25 horses.

I was speaking to a guy thats ordered an all Black one including the CF bonnet and he claimed it was a totally different animal
all together……….. Rolling Eyes

Any thoughts on this.
