I know there are a few topics on this already which i have read through but id like some more details if possible. Ive checked what i can see of the looms under the front seats but cant see anything obvious, what part should i be looking at?

Ive also removed air bag and checked those wires and connections, also reset with battery terminals. Light is still on, shall i assume now that its probably a clock spring issue? No error codes show up when checked.

have the codes read first before you start changing things

No codes are coming up refering to the air bag only the egr's

Thats really strange if the light is on there should be a code

I thought that too, im using a BAS map reader to read them. The old type. i will try it again shortly

Trying switching the air bags on and off on the passenger side as if you are putting a baby seat in.

This fixed mine and it never came back.
