Collected today and really like the car!!but....... it’s not as noisy as the old one! Nowhere near as many crackles and pops on the overrun and I find this a bit disappointing!

Put it in Dynamic, exhaust valves open and sport+ sounds the same as old one, also what size are those wheels, as ive got those on order as well but they look tiny on it? Current

Congrats! I collected my SVR today (a day earlier than planned as my dealer may be closed tomorrow due to the weather) but will post pics tomorrow but my initial thoughts:

I just drove mine a few miles home, parked her up and went for a couple of beers 😊

Seats: look so much better in the flesh than the pics and are much more comfortable than the previous SVR.

Wheels: again, much better looking than in the flesh - they have a nice sculptured look to them. Much, much nicer than the previous SVR in my opinion.

Bonnet - gorgeous! I was really worried about how this would look and from a distance in particular, it looks super beefy!

Infotainment - there is far, far too much going on and too many unnecessary settings / controls. Maybe I am just an old git but I just want to drive, use a phone occasionally, navigation and listen to the radio or some music. What on earth is all of the other stuff all about?

Steering Wheel: my biggest worry was about the two tone cirrus / ebony wheel. Jury is out if I will get used to it.

The sound: it is definitely different to the previous SVR as the mid section of the exhaust has been completely changed. My son has driven several low milage SVRs and also thinks the same. Still sounds nice but clearly, I have only driven mine a few miles.
