What a lovely car! Fuxking hell I mean this is ridiculous! It seems anyone on here with an MY18 so far has had issues of some sort!

Pretty much the same screen issues I had on the MY18 car I rejected and posted about on another post! Since then a business partner picked his AB up and he too had issues with his dual screens and also his heated seats would not work. Seriously no idea what on earth JLR are playing at!

FFS this is no joke, as RRS says every car on here has had problems..  SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

It’s called “special order light pelette blue” a £12k option. I know the owner

Farnells seem to spec a lot of these as last year they had a Lambo Green and Lambo Orange SVR too. SVO can do any paint colour as long as you have deep pockets

My new one is due in a few days, and I just had a conversation with my dealer re collection etc and we spoke about the issues, he said the infotainment system really is great when it works - a sad indictment .

I’ve ignored the ‘foibles’ with my infotainment system as I consider my issues minor compared to others, however I won’t be so understanding with the new one. Any issues it goes back, I ll take my money and go elsewhere, I ve made that clear and my dealer was understanding . It’s really only with this stance en mass that JLR will be forced to stop ignoring these issues.

A friend of mine use to be middle management at SVO although now he’s side stepped into the brand generally admits problems have been wide spread with roofs, wheels , wiring looms , and electricals.

As others have referenced the dealers really are bearing the brunt of the unhappy customers and substandard products .

How can it be right that you spend a large amount on a product and sit in hope you get ‘a good un’ ?! There’s something very wrong with that.

I do feel for all you guys who've just put your hard earned cash into the MY18 cars and seen immediate issues.

my car, albeit was 1 year old when I bought it, had a load of issues and it took months to fix them. But JLR got there and now its solid as a rock. SVR with a few bits from Urban and Glohh

Love the Blue one.

Been feeling a bit unwell since seeing the green one.
