Was wondering if anyone has used this cleaner ,or could recommend cleaner for RRS 3ltr jag diesel engine. Cheers |

BG44 is L/R approved for their AJV8 and AJ133 petrol engines so would think the BG244 would be o.k. in the diesel engine but really wouldn't know for sure or if it is L/R approved or recommended.

I have never used the BG products, but one I have used that worked for me, was Wynn's extreme clean, ignore the price you can generally get it for £12.

Used the Wynns product as well. Added the bottle to approx 50l of fuel and whilst using this and emptying the tank, there was some smoke and diesel knock. The car felt worse.
