I was on a MOT course a few years back & a lad turned up in a FFRR with tinted front side windows & vosa gave him a choice of a fine or remove the tints before the end of the day.Ill let you decide what he did.

In Sussex the Police let us report things like that (or bad driving, etc.,) via the web. They send a letter or make a personal visit. I've mainly used it to report people that have overtaken me whilst driving at 30 mph in a 30 mph limit.

There is a white Revere that is always passing in the opposite direction when I do the school run. Very nice...
