Nice looking car, one bit of advice, lose the 22 inch wheels, the car will ride like a Range Rover on 20inch. Also lots of issues with 22inch, do a search on here.

Yes all done last friday all good, James has a lot of knowledge of these cars as he own one too, honest mechanic very rare these days.

Yes amgmaj, as you said. Spot on. Just discussed the maintenance going forward. He seemed quite happy to give advice and talked me through a couple of jobs I’d be happy doing myself. He’s also a VW nut so ended up talking about golf mk2 etc. I will be using him for servicing and will probably end up getting stuck in with him as he seems quite happy to let customers help with the work. I’m well up for that as I’m an engineer so always keen to learn how things work and will try most things myself.

No worries mate anytime, that's good he's willing to let you help in service and parts change as most garages don't like that sort of thing.

Had my front and rear ARB bushes changed with after market orange polybushes and the RRS drives perfect without any knocks or clunks now, I hopefully thats me sorted for while touch wood |
