Bodsy did a gearbox reset on my '08 RRS when I had the EGR valves sorted which sorted this for me. 2008 RRS HSE Stornoway Grey |

mine does both the shunt and the seat thing! id be interested to see what the cause of it is, i've been told that there could be excess wear in the gearbox, and that it would need replacing, had the gearbox double flushed around a year ago with no noticeable change! |

The trouble is the flush doesn’t “fix” wear, it should be used preventively. Joined the X5 45e club
