So with a Tracker you save £20 a year but have to pay £215 subs per year and it can still be stolen plus the £699 install cost.

Ghost all day long. I’ve had 4 ghosts fitted to 4 different cars with no issues and numerous friend and fellow owners.

Just don't read the Pistonheads post by the guy whose car was stolen after two thugs broke into his house, got the keys and then came back when they found it wouldn't start and held a knife to his wife's throat until he gave them the code number for the Ghost that was fitted. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Layering is defo they way to go, I always keep the keys in a tin, never use the remote to lock the car, use the buttons on the handles. Ghost and tracker installed. Seems round my way I'm hearing of cars being stolen every week! |

Gerd, What the reason for using door handles rather then remote key locking, What is the difference ? 2014MY RRS SDV6 HSE Black Stealth with 22" Black alloys - LOVE IT (Now wrapped in 3M Satin Dark Grey) |

Using the remote to lock the car increases your chances of the signal being grabbed or jammed by someone and used to unlock the car or prevent the car from locking in the hopes you won’t notice . 2019 Svr and 2019 R35 GTR |

^^^as James said above. Multiple RRS have been nicked round here because of signal sniffers. |
