Aren't there some buttons to say where you want the air to come out ?

Yes there are direction buttons but issue was more that the fan was not switching to a high speed setting. Unless I set temp to max cooling. -----------------------------------------------

That’s interesting as mine doesn’t seem to blow half as much as my other RRS2 did but didn’t think of pollen filter,I’ll check mine this week, when mines on full power it hardly sends any heat out.

Just in case anyone is thinking about it, don’t be tempted to remove the pollen filter permanently. If you do, dust will collect on the fan impellers reducing its efficiency and will also eventually clog the air passages in the heat exchanger and evaporator which will result in them having to be removed and cleaned.

If its blowing hard on defrost it doesn't sound like the filter, but easy to check |

It’s worth checking Andy because what can happen when the fan is running at max with a blocked filter, the suction can be enough to deform the filter allowing unfiltered air to pass. When the fan speed is lowered, the filter regains it’s shape in the housing |
