Was that NFU central via their website number, or a local NFU branch? Try both. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

Also try the forum sponsor A-Plan - they are brokers and don’t always give competitive quotes but still worth a try 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yes always worth ringing your local Branch of NFU as the agents there are always able to do better deals , I'm a farmer so actually a member of the NFU but I don't think it makes any difference on the insurance side of things . |

DLG have their own in house crash repair people, UK Assistance as they were once known. If you’re unlucky enough to have a bump, DLG will always try and direct you to have your car repaired at a DLG repair shop, though, legally you can choose who repairs your car with no obligation, regardless of in house or not, however, you may not benefit from a courtesy car if the bump was at fault. Ive fallen for DLG’s promise of a quick repair at UK Assistance just the once, never again.

I tried NFU 2 weeks ago and was given a price of £950 which was expensive as ended up paying £480 elsewhere. Clean license 42 and live in a quiet town so not sure how they got that price as it was the most expensive quote I had. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

I used to be involved in the trade and without fail NFU Mutual were by far the best company to deal with if you ever have to make a claim...excellent company!

Last year I nearly gave them a try but went with Hasting, although this year I think i will give my local branch a buzz as too I've heard nothing but praise about them, also House insurance.

Well Direct Line quote for insurance is rubbish, doesn't have SVR in list and when you check Range Rover Sport (any on list) comes back and says cant find car...and they wonder why people give up and go somewhere else. Clearly they want me to call them on phone and not do online MY18 Range Rover Sport SVR (18' - current)
