2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

Within 3yr manufacturer warranty, repair will be FOC

Outwith this, the Warranty Co SHOULD cover it, but are declining claims
JLR SHOULD step in and replace FOC under goodwill, but are not doing so

I'd love someone to take on JLR in the courts over this issue, but I fear their pockets are much deeper than anyone who tries to take them on

Doubt it, where are any "damages" likely to arise from that might give them a payout? MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

Wow that is very low, I'd expect a diesel motor to last 400,000 kilometers before needing anything done, and before a major overhaul at least 600,000 K's. Diesel Land cruisers in OZ are considered just run in at 200,000. You get very high mileage vehicles here especially if it is a Western Australia vehicle. I am sure there must be some Australian V6's with more mileage than 33,000. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
