suspension fault

I am sure this will be covered somewhere But i have started getting the "normal ride height only" warning for the suspension
if a start the car the suspension raises and lowers fine with no problems the message only comes on after i have been driving for a few minuets Any ideas Thanks Steve

Thank you for the reply Would i be able to tell if there was a leak has in i would be able to here the air leaking and if its the compressor could i replace the seals our should i just buy a new compressor Thanks for your help
