I have interlocking rubber mats in my workshop. Great for storing and working on motorcycles - except if you have to kneel as they are patterned!!

The Kickr is great however, it whines like my Ex. OK at the bottom of the garden but not in the house in the early hours. Direct drive is the only way to go. I use Zwift and Strava to log the rides. Strava also logs my "real" rides.

Out of interest Steve, why have you gone for a multi-gym?

Spose cos it`s more compact and suited to training alone really. Everything I do in the gym (except seated rows), I can do on this. When I first saw this one I didn`t think you could do much with it but there`s over 30 different exercises possible.
