Why not just pickup a full size spare ?, must be loads of single wheels on fleabay with reasonable tyre and fairly cheap.

Cheers

OR

Put a Wanted Ad in the For Sale Forum, a member somewhere is likely to have one knocking around.

Then get an RLD tyre protector against the next time someone gets light fingered.

As well as a new spare you may also need a new winch to raise and lower it as the “Borrowers” possibly cut the wire too 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Indeed I do need a new winch too -

Will a full size alloy fit under the rear?

Yes because some models came with a full sized spare rather than a reduced section - that is if you have the 20” wheels, don’t know if bigger ones will fit. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Plenty of room, I even squeezed a 275/45 x 21" under mine.
