Cannot open reardoor from the outside

Good evening, I am having trouble getting into my 06 rrs. I have taken the door card off but can not see anything obvious from looking thtough the small access holes in the door. I've thought about securing the window and then taking the module out for access. Any tips.? Is it the handle / cable or the latch itself. Any help is appreciated thanks

Use the search function, it's well documented.

Thanks for the reply. My door still opens no problem from the inside so doesn't sound like the same fault. I did search for over an hour for the same problem but couldnt find it.
