Despite the endless problems with my MY16, there is something about this 4 wheeled monster which is enticing me to order a MY18. Looking at the german alternatives every option seems to be a downgrade, and the only step up from a RRS seems to be a Vogue or a Bentayga, neither of which I want, or which I could justify increasing my budget for.

So my question is, what kind of discounts have people been able to secure on MY18 cars, if any. I think its not a great time in history to be blowing the best part of 75k on a diesel vehicle, but I could be tempted if discounts were available, particularly through brokers. MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

I have heard Rockar LR are offering the best discounts right now.
Also try carwow site, SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

I am looking to place an order on a new plug in and have asked a few dealers and leicester offered me a 2% disocunt. after reading your message it was the first time i have come across rockar. They are offering me a £3.5k discount which seems too good to be true so i was wondering if you have purchased a car from them and if so how was your experience.

I've bought twice in the past year - an Evoque for my wife and a RRS for myself. Both times my local dealer has beat Carwow and Rockar when presented with their prices. I got approximately 9% and 13% off respectively*. The Evoque was a custom order and the RRS was a run-out MY17 model that had been pre-ordered, fortunately pretty much exactly in the spec I wanted.

Unfortunately I think discounts won't be anywhere near as good on a MY18 RRS as they were on my MY17, but they should at least be able to match or even slightly beat Rockar. Try Martin at Taunton. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

With deliveries of new builds being blocked on QC grounds there must be a huge back log of cars awaiting repairs/ parts. Isn't it just SVR being held back. 'Tim in Scotland' quotes that he'd seen several my 2018 on the road.
