Hi folks,

A bit of a a repeat of a post I made on the made forum, but here goes as it seemed to spark some interest:

Got rear ended a couple of months ago while stationary on a roundabout, minor damage to my lower bumper, but other car was a mess!
Although the claim and repair procedure was easy and painless, the number of cold calls from these parasitic / annoying / scamming Claims Management Companies has been far more stressful! I've lost count of the number of blocked callers I now have on my phone!
Your own CHC (which I didn't use in the end, after some investigation) are also adding to the spiralling cost of insurance- over £200 a day for a similar spec to my own. It's no surprise that insurance premiums have gone through the roof when a 'repair' ends up costing four times as much as it should!

My question is, are you (A-Plan) or my company, Ageas selling / giving information to third parties? if so, this has done without my permission, which I would NEVER consent to.
