Reversing camera for number plate light

How on earth do the thread the wire thru the glass hatch?

It looks like hard work! If not impossible.

Tempted to fit one in rear spoiler!

When I fitted mine I tried and found it impossible,

Ended using some black tape to hold cable against the raised rubber profile on inside of upper tailgate.

Completely hidden with upper glass tailgate closed and I only ever open full tailgate anyway so not an issue TDV8 now with extra grin factor thanks to Alive Tunning: Gone but not forgotten

hi I used a metal coat hanger and taped the cables to it,

Hi I have just changed my car last week,
it was a 2006 RRS 2.7 hse. yes it was the 2 piece tailgate I upgraded everything on it including the spoiler, and led lights hence I fitted a camera into it,
got the spoiler from powerful uk.com

I'm gonna order a ball one to go in spoiler
It looks like LR put the wiring in before bonding the glass in!
