Last night I left my car in a flood lighted hotel car park, after dinner I went out to refill the washer bottle and the front lock covers were both on....... This morning went out to the car and driver’s door plastic cover for the emergency keyhole is gone. Got on my knees and it wasn’t under the car, it wasn’t under the car next door either...... now recently I had to use the emergency key on the passenger side to open the car to open the bonnet when I had a flat battery. Weird - I asked the reception staff to look on the video recording - there are cameras all over the car park, nothing untoward. So where has my door lock cover gone to? There were 2 other L494’s in the car park but neither were Corris Grey. Looks like i’m Going to get stung for a new plastic cover. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Probably hasn’t happened to yours but mine sometimes came off drivers door if I got too close with power wash.

Thing is my passenger door one was removed by me 2 months go to get into the car when the battery died, the driver’s door cover has never been off, I would expect the passenger door one to be a bit easily removed or to drop off as it was not clipping fully back on after accessing the car. The passenger door lock cover is actually on quite tightly enough for it not to fall off. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Cat! My cat had a has a habit of using the handles as step up to the roof. (The little ). It occasionally knocked the Drivers cover off but it was usually lying locally on the drive.
Has not happened on the new car - yet. It dose not seem to like sitting on top of this one. Pity - it kept the seagulls off.
