Suspension erratic

My air suspension has been acting up & I wonder if anyone has had this. If the suspension is at the lowest level & I drive off, it is supposed to automatically change to the mid level ride height. Mine sometimes goes to the top height. I had it in the main dealer yesterday for a service & asked them to check it out, but they said it did not happen with them so as far as they are concerned its ok. Today it happened again, so I stopped, put it to lowest height & drove off. I went to top height. Tried it a couple of times & it kept doing it, then the final time I tried it, it went to mid height that it is supposed to do. No warning light or messages.
Car is 2014 Range Rover Sport but my manufactures warranty runs out at the end of the month. If it eventually needs fixed will it be done under warranty as it was highlighted before the warranty expired. I has only done 6000 miles
Thanks

Can you manually switch from off road height to normal driving height and from there down to access height?
Should have the codes read to in case it gives the error or clue. John

Yes, you can select any mode with the switch & its fine, for example I had it selected at the lowest whilst washing it, but when I drive away it sometimes goes to top level (off road) instead of the normal mid level

Sounds like it's thinking it's bottoming out. It then goes to off road height to allow clearing the obstacle. A calibration will probably solve it. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
