Evening all,
This may have been asked and answered many times before,
My 2012 Sport doors won't lock, when the remote fob is pressed indicators flash and the mirrors fold but the doors will not lock, but iv I go upto the car and pull the handles the doors open and alarm goes off.
I have tried the method of leaving the key with Mrs and walking upto the car to check, still all doors are open but the car is alarmed,
This has really baffled me,
Any help would be greatly appreciated

sounds like door actuators not working but not sure why they maybe gone fuse may be gone or they are not getting the signal

Have you tried locking without the fob & using your finger on the handle.? I never use the fob as it can be cloned by someone close to you,i always wait till everyone is out of car & touch the handle twice so it also puts the deadlocks in.

Does a 2008 RRS have the sensitive dimples/ bars of keyless entry? I thought that came later with 2010 facelift cars 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
