Devon, unfortunately that part Number comes up for 2010-2013 models only, in answer to your question.

Even though the part number is for 2010 to 2013 I would say they would fit. Comparing the appearance of the trims of a 2006 there doesn't appear to be any difference. The loom just plugs into the kick panel trim in the footwell taking a split from the floor or door lighting.

I can't tell you for certain they will fit, however I can tell you the part number for standard pre-facelift one's has changed to the same as the 2010 - 2013 facelift variant so on that basis I see no reason why they wouldn't fit. If you completely remove your existing one's first, I would suggest you buy a few spare retaining clips (IPN500090) as these tend to distort or disappear inside the bodywork although it is quite possible the new trims Buckster has may already have new one's fitted.
