Exhaust tips

Morning all,

I used some rough and fine wire wool with some autosol on my heavily soiled and distressed tail pipes and they really came up a treat!

Nice, If you wanted them to really pop, get some Britemax twins

and a couple of cheap cone polisher from eBay to use in a drill

Just contact your local custom exhaust specialist and tell them what you want. You can even buy your own tips and have them weld them on for you. Noisy black one

The Supercharged chrome rear sections are a direct replacement for the standard TDV6 Thumbs Up

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

The 2010 RRS TDv6 and TDv8 (the early facelift version of L320 RRS) were available for a short time with straight out exhausts from the factory, those with the turned down tips were Euro5 or Euro6 compliant cars From 2010.5MY IIRC.
BTW, cleaning your exhaust tips with mild steel wool will not do them any good - a solution of lemon juice is much kinder for removing the exhaust emissions marks and cleaning chromed tips - if you don’t fancy squeezing a few fresh lemons then your local Tesco’s sells bottled lemon juice or “Jif” plastic lemons filled with juice that you can squirt on. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

I've recently fitted these to my V8. Not the perfect look I was hoping for but they are what they are, are easy to fit, and will do for now.
