I’m no marketing person but if they were to show another coloured SVR I’m surprised they would choose another blue; considering Estoril is still SVR only and Velocity can be had on any car.

But as said, I know nothing. 

They are canny guys and gals in the marketing dept - they probably figured out that few people would be prepared to fork out >£3000 for a blue paint job on an ordinary RRS..................... or even an SVR so made it chargeable even on the SVR. What it really is is >£3000 for an extra coat of polish at the end of the line but we all think it is a special paint finish......... Hatfields LR dealership group are stating (that they have been told that due to demand) that from mid 2018 Estoril colour finish (& others) will be available as an option, on top models of RRS (Autobiography?) not just for SVR models anymore, it will cost you £3k (+VAT?) as an extra option.  John

What are people's view of white? Doesn't seem to get much of a mention, the odd one I've come across I thought looked really nice.

They always use White models on the various LR off road experience day locations. They look ok but show up the sh*t off road like no other colour. Also often can find these used models, with hundreds of previous "drivers" for sale, so watch out.  John

“Further to the request for your customer, Mr Jas xxxx, to visit the factory in order to view Valloire, Spectral Blue and Velocity. This is something I would certainly like to assist with. This experience costs £325 for two people and lasts circa 3 hours”
