The picture is quite clearly not my vehicle - wrong registration number and it shows a Discovery.

Trying to challenge this on their website there is no option to challenge on this basis!
Telephone just repeats what is on the website.

In your place I would write, recorded delivery, clearly demonstrating that they have their facts wrong, and that any further enforcement activity on their part would be considered harassment.
