Removing front bumper and hood/fender vents

Does anyone have a link or some info on how to go about removing the front bumper and also hood/fender vents on an L494? I am looking to have some of the bits painted, so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I was able to find some info on how to remove the side fender vents/wings as well.

For the front bumper, this is as far as I was able to find, http://accessories-instructions.landrover.com/docs/pdf/1105.pdf, which shows a page reference in the first box there, but I wasn't able to find that anywhere searching online. Maybe someone who has access to the official dealer service manual can help out?

I’m glad you posted this as I’m wanting to just remove the silver middle bit on mine to get it colour coded & it just pops off,,thanks.
