That said, circa £30k on there buys you an old shape 4 yr old car with 2 yr dealer warranty. I was just (slowly) browsing. It got me thinking, sell the existing one for about £8k, drop maybe 5k ish cash in, drip up 13-15 @ about £300 pm over 3-4 yrs, and I am in a 4 yr old car for a tenner a day. Doesn't seem bad value when the warranty (which we know we will need) is included.... Get a 2005-2009 RRS (FAH500210) sat nav/dash mat here - the one that wasn't there when you bought the car.

I also have a couple of test-drives lined up, but re. warranties - which companies/policies does everyone use? I'm looking at a 2011 SDV6 which comes with a 12-month dealer warranty supplied by 'Auto Protect', but not sure how likely they are to pay out...
