Suspension fault

Hi, my 3.6 tdv8 suspension won't rise, I start the engine and try and raise the suspension but it says on the dash to start engine to lift suspension, problem is the engine is already started. Anyone got any ideas what's wrong? Range rover sport 3.6tdv8

This may sound daft, but are all doors boot shut etc? I know I've done it in the past it wouldn't rise I got in out stop started etc, turns out wife didn't close her door properly.
